We are an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors mainly covering Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Surrey and Hampshire.

Home Condition Survey is regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). All work is therefore carried out by a qualified member of the RICS and the company is fully insured.

We carry out residential Valuations and Surveys as well as other professional work.

Please see our Services page

A cautionary note:

Many properties are purchased without a survey of any kind being carried out - alarmingly, as many as three in every four. A valuation is not a report on condition, whether for mortgage purposes or otherwise. This means that serious problems can come to light following occupation and unforeseen costs incurred, sometimes running into many thousands of pounds.

The only way of being fully assured as to the condition of a property is to have a professional Survey carried out by an RICS qualified Surveyor.

You may be surprised how little this costs for peace of mind. Please ask for a free, no-obligation quote.
